Meet Sara:

Sara is a mom, recently diagnosed with ADHD, working 40 hours a week, managing dinner and homework in the evenings and trying to keep up with the housework. She is up at 5am making breakfast, getting kids ready and off to school, didn’t eat herself because she forgot. Has coffee that she made at home to save money, but left it on the counter, so she has to stop at Starbucks, and now she is late for work. She works 9-5, skipping lunch to catch up on work. She gets home and starts dinner and homework help. Kitchen is still a mess from breakfast, so she shoves everything into the sink. As she is helping with homework she burns the food. Calls DoorDash for dinner instead. Finishes the bedtime routine with her kiddos and gets them to bed, late. She is too tired to clean up the kitchen or anything else around the house, including picking up the kids dirty clothes left in the bathroom from the shower. Goes to bed drained and dreading repeating this tomorrow.

Sound familiar?

You've read articles on late diagnosed ADHD ... as many as you could find for women diagnosed in their 30s ... the ones with kids. You have tried the self-help books. You have bought 10 different planners trying to schedule yourself into a routine. And you're still in the same place, still running late for everything, the same mess, the same lack of time.

You have tried so many things, but nothing works, so you wait until you have time to find something else to try. But time isn't coming, and you know it.

Here is what's actually true about you:

You don't have a motivation problem. You don't have a knowledge problem.

You have a "where do I EVEN start" problem.

You've read the articles.

You've bought the planners.

You've downloaded the apps.

You've tried routines that worked for someone else.

But having more information doesn't always make life easier.

Sometimes, it just gives you more things to try, more things to remember, and more reasons to feel overwhelmed.

Every time you hit one of those walls, you stopped - not because you couldn't do the things you think you should, but because you had no clear simple path.

At Focus Empowered, I help you identify what matters most and build practical systems around your life, your responsibilities, and your ADHD brain.

Imagine this:

You wake up to a clean home, make a nice breakfast for the kids and coffee for you. You do simple quick cleans during the process so you leave the home feeling like you accomplished your tasks. You get the kids to school on time, and even have time to sit in your car for a minute before going into work. You finish work on time with energy to make a nice dinner. You help the kids with homework and still have time to play a few rounds of Uno before bed. After the kids are in bed, you don't feel stressed. You even have the time and energy to do that cute self-care bath you have been promising yourself.

Our Coach Bri. Find your calm. ADHD support. ADHD coaching. Give time back to yourself.

Meet Bri

I'm the founder of Focus Empowered and someone who understands that an ADHD diagnosis in adulthood can bring both answers and new questions.

You may finally understand why certain things have always felt harder.

But understanding ADHD is only the beginning.

The next question is often:

“Okay…now what?”

That's where Focus Empowered comes in.

My approach combines my background in behavior analysis, developmental psychology, and executive functioning with practical, individualized coaching designed to help you create strategies that fit your real life.

Because you don't need more pressure to “try harder.”

You need support creating systems that make everyday life feel more manageable.

Why Coaching?

I believe everyone deserves a cheerleader, a guide, and a gentle nudge toward the future they crave.

Getting an ADHD diagnosis can help explain your experiences.

But a diagnosis doesn't automatically create a new routine.

It doesn't organize the kitchen.

It doesn't help you decide what to do first.

And it doesn't automatically make it easier to follow through on the things that matter to you.

ADHD coaching focuses on practical application.

Together, we'll identify the areas where you're feeling stuck and experiment with strategies that support your executive functioning and fit your actual life.

Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.

It is a collaborative, goal-focused process designed to help you build practical skills, strategies, and systems.
